1. Biometric Data Security

At naodec inc., your neurological and biometric data is treated with the highest level of security. All data processed by the AI Meditation Agent (including EEG readings, HRV, and galvanic skin responses) is processed locally on the chamber's internal neural engine. It is not transmitted to our cloud servers without your explicit, opt-in consent for the purposes of cross-session analytics on your mobile device.

2. Data Anonymization

If you opt-in to cloud analytics to track your neuro-acoustic meditation progress, your biometric data is cryptographically separated from your personal identifying information (PII). We do not sell, rent, or trade your physiological data to third parties under any circumstances.
